Happy Thursday, y'all! Let's make some EASY jam!! I have seen Shay make jam for several years now, and I finally decided to give it a go! I made the "freezer jam" version. I used the directions that come with the liquid certo box, as well as the ingredient list it offers. I made strawberry! I filled up 7 8oz mason jars. They rested on my counter for about 24 hours. I labeled them with type and date. They will last in the freezer for up to one year and up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Here they are after freezing for a day. This is after being in the fridge for a few hours. OH MY GOODNESS. SO SO good!! You know the strawberry popsicles they have at the snack carts in Disney World?? This jam tastes just like those!
