We actually had a normal week this week at school. No field trips. No programs. No events. No holiday. No party. No special classes moved around or canceled. Just straight up normal. And that was so nice and so needed! (Well, I say that, but we actually do have a school fundraising event tonight that I'm excited for!) I got my diploma framed! And I just happened to be in an Ole Miss sweatshirt while holding my MS State degree....if you know you know haha. #SECRivalry And for those that don't know, State and Ole Miss are a huge rivalry here in Mississippi when it comes to sports (and the fans can get pretty nasty with each other). Today, let's talk about GRATITUDE. Life can get busy. Times can get hard. But the moment I take the time to look around and show gratitude for the things I have and the people in my life, things seem to calm down. Being grateful, truly grateful, can really shift your perspective- at least it does mine. Here are some things I am so grateful for in my life- big and small and in no particular order.... My family.
