Happy Tuesday!! Today I thought I would share with y'all what I have been doing exercise wise lately.
1. Walk on my walking pad 20 minutes OR 1 mile- whichever one comes LAST.
Depending on my speed (3.0-3.60), I sometimes get to a mile first but want to go at least 20 minutes a day.
2. Ab workout
This one hurts, but it's good- just got from Pinterest!! I have been loving it. Sometimes I will skip some of these exercises and will just do more reps of other ones on here that I like!!
3. Lift weights
I only life about 10 pounds, but I try to do weighted squats, donkey kicks, or just do bicep/triceps lifts. Just a little bit, not a ton! Also wear my weighted vest and wrist weights when I walk!!
Let's not forget....drink lots of water and eat well!
Also, what's a workout without a cute outfit!!
