I am way overdue for a book review, so let's get into the last book I read! I started this book back in the summer I think but didn't finish it until we were on our Las Vegas trip. I promise I didn't get bored of it- I'm just a bad reader these days! I loved this book! It felt very Desperate Housewives to me, and if you know me, you know how much I love DH! Without giving away too much detail, The Retirement Plan by Sue Hincenbergs centers around three wives who plan to cash out their husbands' life insurance.....in quite a creative way. This book definitely kept me on the edge of my seat, and I wanted to keep reading after it was over! I was like wait....there's no sequel?? Hahaha Some of the characters work in a casino, so I thought it ended up being perfect that I was reading it in Vegas!
