Friday Favorites {12.16.22}

 

Happy Friday! This has been such a long week for me. Has it for you? I'm very much looking forward to the weekend. I'm linking up with Andrea and Erika to show my faves from the week! 
Caleb made these chicken and waffles Tuesday night. The chicken is inside of the waffle. Yum! And of course, a cup of coffee paired perfectly with them. 

How cozy does this look?! I realized I didn't show my bed in my Christmas Home Tour. That blanket is one of my favorites. It's Kate Spade from Homegoods. They usually always have these in stock in lots of colors. I think I have the Twin XL size. 

I discovered this wine last Christmas when I went to World Market. When I went back this year, I went straight for this! It pairs perfectly with cheesy Christmas movies.😁 I also tried the "Joy" Sauvignon Blanc. It was good, but I prefer a red.
Last favorite for today! I'm off work tomorrow, and we'll be headed to our first round of family Christmases. If I haven't mentioned it yet, Christmas is my VERY favorite!

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
