Closet Chat: Barrington Edition

I'm starting a new series called Closet Chat! This is where I'll talk about all things fashion-clothes, shoes, accessories, and bags! I'll share all of my favorite finds and favorite places to shop!

Today I'm sharing my new favorite bags! For a couple of years I've been seeing these Barrington bags, and I thought they were so cute! Around this time last year, I decided I was going to get a bag for myself for my birthday. It's sooo hard to choose a pattern and color combination, because they have so many options!

This is the purse I bought for my birthday.
This is the St. Anne Tote. All of my Barrington items are personalized with the printed monogram. I love this bag so much! It's got tons of space. I have since gotten a smaller one (that I'll show later on in this post), so I think this will become my travel bag. It will be perfect for a car or plane ride!

These pouches are perfect to hold all of your necessities, and they keep your purse super organized!
This is what I gifted all of my bridesmaids when I got married. I also gave my mom one for Christmas! I think they are a fantastic gift idea!

Their Glasgow Passport Case is super cute and makes it a little easier to keep up with my passport! But I have to note, for some reason my passport isn't even in the case. And I have no clue where it might be.😂

Though I love the St. Anne tote, I really wanted one with a zipper and that was a little smaller. My mom got me this one for Christmas! It's the Savannah Zippered Tote
So cute! And I think it's great to carry year round.

Love having the zipper!

And this zipped pocket on the back.

Here's a peek inside! See how organized I am with those pouches.😉

I've always been a purse girl, and I basically feel naked if I don't have a purse on me! I think these are so fun and a great price point. I have several more on my wishlist, and it's really fun to just play around on their site.

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Let's Look: January 2026

 Happy Wednesday!! Let's Look is one of my very favorite blog link ups and after not doing it last year, I am ready for it in 2026! I am linking up with Shay and Erika for this monthly series! Today, we are LOOKING at..... THINGS WE OUTSOURCE WITHOUT REGRET. Ok, there are so many things you can outsource that I just would rather do myself. I love to grocery shop. I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Food Delivery This is another one we do not do often, but a Wednesday free delivery from Wingstop has sucked me in a few times 😂. And of course, pizza delivery is always nice! Plus, we can get food delivered to the school I work out, so that's nice e...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST. On my drive home from work yesterday.... This was a fun little surprise. I don't remember this from last year! I hope you all have a great weekend and a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday! However, whatever, whenever, whereve...
