1: WHAT WE'RE EATING THIS WEEK: 

Here's my meal plan for the week! 

Monday: Maple and Orange Salmon 

Tuesday: Cheesy Ranch Tacos

Wednesday: Sausage Pasta

Thursday: Pork Tenderloin

Friday: Out to eat!

2: WHAT I'M REMINISCING ABOUT: 

I was looking through my pictures the other day, and it really had me missing the beach! I'm actually not a huge beach person, but every now and then I get to wishing for the salty air and sea!

Navarre, FL. My mom's best friend lives here, so it's our favorite!!

3: WHAT I'M LOVING: 

I finally jumped on the latest trend and got myself some Stanley cups! 

I mean, they are really cute. And maybe they make the water taste better. 😉 I have water in the 40 oz and a Liquid IV in the 20 oz. 

And still LOVING The Bible Recap! It's my favorite part of my mornings.

Warm, cozy, hot coffee, and JESUS!!

4: WHAT WE'VE BEEN UP TO: 

Caleb started his last semester of college last week! I've been working...so much fun going on around here! 

5: WHAT I'M DREADING: 

Right now, I'm dreading unloading the dishwasher. 👎

6: WHAT I'M WORKING ON: 

Working my way through this organization challenge by Natasha from Hello Happiness Blog. 

7: WHAT I'M EXCITED ABOUT: 

We're having COLD weather!! I am kind of getting ready for summer, but if it's gonna be January, it might as well be cold! 

8: WHAT I'M WATCHING/READING: 

I'm getting together a blog post for the books I've read this month! I'll post that early next week. 

And of course, I'm watching lots of Modern Family and The Office. 

9: WHAT I'M LISTENING TO: 

In addition to the rain and thunder...

...I'm currently listening to the Office Ladies! I listen while I do laundry, while I cook, while I get ready, while I drive to work...I'm basically always listening to it. 😂 

10: WHAT I'M WEARING: 

I'm wearing lots of pink! 

This was my Tuesday OOTD. 

11: WHAT I'M DOING THIS WEEKEND: 

I'm heading to Birmingham for my sister's cheer competition! It's her senior year, so I'm trying to go to as many as I possibly can! 

12: WHAT I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT MONTH: 

Valentine's Day, of course!💗💗💗 Cue the chocolate and even more pink and red!💘🍫 When I went to the grocery store on Monday, I sent Caleb a picture of the box of chocolates I want. 😉

13: FAVORITE AMAZON PURCHASE THIS MONTH: 

My Amazon purchases were pretty much all duds this month. My favorite thing has to be these Tretorn sneakers. In my post yesterday, I said they weren't very comfy, but they are SO cute. They also come in a ton of colors!
