My Everyday Makeup Routine

 Good morning and happy Thursday! Today I'm sharing my everyday makeup routine! I don't use anything super fancy, and I've gotten this routine down to about 10-12 minutes- a win in my book! I love doing my makeup, but I don't love spending a ton of time on it. Here is my full routine! 

Here's everything I use in the order I use it! 
1: BareMinerals Original powder foundation- I have used BareMinerals since I started wearing makeup in the 7th grade. I usually stray from this in the summer and just use some kind of tinted moisturizer, but I always go back to the powder. I apply it with their Full Flawless Face brush. The color I use is Neutral Ivory 06. 
2: It Bye Bye Pores blush- I really like this blush and the color. It's the perfect punch of pink! A little goes a really long way, too. I use the color Sweet Cheeks (Warm Peachy Pink). I apply it with my BareMinerals Flawless Face brush. 
3: I use this to brush out my eyebrows and prep them before I fill them in. I fill them in with one of my eye shadow colors. Again, not super fancy at all. 
4: Eco Tools eye brush- I use the angled side to apply my eyeshadow to my brows. 
5: Tartelette Jewel Eyeshadow- I'm so done with getting a big eyeshadow palette and only using like four or five of the colors, so I grabbed this small palette that has just a few shades. So far, I have loved this. It's pigmented really well, too. The brush I use is just a random one that came with an old eyeshadow palette. My exact palette is sold out, so I linked a similar one.  
6: Eyeko Black Magic Cocoa Edit Liquid Eyeliner- My mom got this in an Ipsy one month and gave it to me. I really like it and really like the color, Warm Brown. It goes on smoothly and lasts all day. 
7: Urban Decay Subversion Volumizing Lash Primer- I LOVE THIS STUFF! This is probably my favorite product in my makeup bag. I really can't say enough good things about it. It makes such a huge difference in how my lashes look. If you have never tried this, TRY IT! 
8: Maybelline Full and Soft Mascara- I really like this one. I've been using it for over a year and don't really see myself straying from anytime soon! 
I always keep my makeup in a bag, whether I'm just at home traveling. My color is sold out, but this one is cute! 

Before I start my makeup, I prep my lips with this Cliganic lip balm. 
It's the best lip balm I've ever used! 

After my makeup is complete, and before I put on jewelry...
I spray on my favorite perfume!

See? Not much going on, but I look a little more awake! I keep all of my lipsticks and glosses in my purse and apply before I go in to work and throughout the day.

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST. Let's Look: January 2026

 Happy Wednesday!! Let's Look is one of my very favorite blog link ups and after not doing it last year, I am ready for it in 2026! I am linking up with Shay and Erika for this monthly series! Today, we are LOOKING at..... THINGS WE OUTSOURCE WITHOUT REGRET. Ok, there are so many things you can outsource that I just would rather do myself. I love to grocery shop. I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Food Delivery This is another one we do not do often, but a Wednesday free delivery from Wingstop has sucked me in a few times 😂. And of course, pizza delivery is always nice!
