Friday Favorites {4.15.23}

 

Happy Friday!! We have another fun weekend coming up, plus I've got lots of faves from the week! 

I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea for another week of Friday Favorites! 

 
If I haven't mentioned it enough already...I'm following along with The Bible Recap each morning, and I love it! This is from earlier this week, and I just loved this reminder.

I love to listen to a podcast while I get ready and even instead of the radio when I'm driving. Some of my favorites include The Bestie Breakdown, Office Ladies, and The Candace Cameron Bure Podcast. 

I listened to this particular episode one morning, and it was just such a good listen for me in this stage of my life. If you're struggling to realize your purpose for this life, I highly recommend listening! 

Now for an outfit fave! Every time I wear this top, I get tons of compliments on it. I found it online in a few colors. Mine is from about a year ago, so it's no longer available, but I'm loving that "vintage mint!" My white jeans are old from J. Crew. The shoes are so old that the sole came apart a while back, and I had Caleb super glue it back. I love them.😂 These are super similar. My pink bangles are from BuDhaGirl

Anyone else having clips from Young Sheldon flood their Tik Tok??? Well, I am. So, I started watching Young Sheldon. 

Um. It's hilarious and so cute and definitely a new fave. We've been watching 2-3 episodes before we go to sleep, and we LOVE it! If you haven't watched it yet, you should! Whether you've seen The Big Bang Theory or not, I think you could still enjoy it.

Have a happy Friday!! Today is my mother in law's birthday, tomorrow is my nephew's FOURTH birthday, and tomorrow is also my sister's senior party! We have a fun and busy weekend ahead!

    Yes! I keep seeing clips of Young Sheldon, I keep meaning to watch the whole show, it looks so funny.

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST. On my drive home from work yesterday.... This was a fun little surprise. I don't remember this from last year! I hope you all have a great weekend and a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday!
