Happy Tuesday! I'm back with another suuuuuper simple recipe for a busy weeknight!
Ingredients:
1 chuck roast
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
Baby carrots
Potatoes (I used a bag of small gold potatoes and cut into bit size pieces)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in your slow cooker, and let it cook on low for 8-10 hours. We always like to eat our roast with rolls!
