Happy Tuesday! Yesterday I did all my grocery shopping for the week, and I thought I would share everything here- along with our meal plan for the week!
I always start at Aldi, and whatever they don't have, I get at Kroger.

I needed ground beef for two different recipes. I usually just get...regular??..ground beef, but I wanted to try this organic grass fed!
I've seen this salmon the past few weeks, and I've been dying to try it!
This is for a recipe for later this week. I got honey and black forest to mix it up a little.
These are surprisingly delish!
Chips and salsa for a snack!
I've been wanting to try tart cherry juice for the longest time, so I grabbed this blend. It's actually really good!
I first found these at Trader Joe's, but I saw them at Walmart, so I had to grab them! They make a great little snack.
Now for the meal plan...
Monday: Million Dollar Spaghetti. I already had Alfredo and marinara on hand, as well as pasta. I'll somewhat go by a recipe I found on Pinterest.
Tuesday: Salmon with roasted potatoes and zucchini.
Wednesday: Spicy Beefy Rice Bowls (this is a Mix and Match Mama recipe).
Thursday: Cheesy Jack and Ham Breakfast Casserole (another Mix and Match Mama recipe)
For my lunch yesterday, I had a tortilla pizza loaded with veggies! I used marinara as the sauce and toped with mushrooms, zucchini, shredded carrots, jalapeño stuffed green olives, and parmesan cheese. It was so good!
I honestly don't think I even needed to cheese- it was good with just veggies!
