Weekend Recap

 Happy Monday, friends! And welcome back to regularly scheduled programming😉. I've had a busy last few weeks, but I'll be getting back into a routine this week- my classes begin on Wednesday, so I'll be focusing on that for the foreseeable future! 

We had such an insane weekend! I only have three pictures from the weekend, and they are all from Friday...

My OOTD for running errands. I'm really into a tennis skirt lately! 


We had lunch at a local restaurant. We had Pimento Cheese Fritters that were delish! And then I had three different tacos that were all pretty good. 

We then went back home to wait/get ready for my mom and Mimi to come into town. My sister is going through sorority recruitment- she will find out her sorority tomorrow- so they came to be close by for her! 

On Saturday we went and did a little shopping around town and came in early and ordered pizza! 

Yesterday afternoon, my mom and Mimi went back home, but they'll be back tomorrow for Lib's "Bid Day." We had a crazy weekend, but it was a lot of fun! Have a great Monday!

Today, we are LOOKING at..... THINGS WE OUTSOURCE WITHOUT REGRET. Ok, there are so many things you can outsource that I just would rather do myself. I love to grocery shop. I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Food Delivery This is another one we do not do often, but a Wednesday free delivery from Wingstop has sucked me in a few times 😂. And of course, pizza delivery is always nice! Friday Favorites {4.2.26}

 Happy THURSDAY. My days are getting so mixed up with a Friday holiday haha! Posting Friday Faves a day early since tomorrow is Good Friday. Whoop whoop! We're getting a 7Brew!! I'm gonna let the new wear off before I go, but dang I am so excited for this! Have y'all tried it?? My sister gave me this MacKenzie Child's cookie jar for my bday and I love!! I made some white chocolate, peanut, and M&M clusters and they looked so cute in it! I will try just about anything once haha, but I finally jumped on the Tik Tok bandwagon and grabbed this facial brush for lymphatic drainage. My mind could very easily be playing tricks on me, but I'm gonna say I see a difference! Got mind from Amazon! And I cannot close out this post without mentioning Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month! Friday Favorites {12.19.25}

 And just like that.....it's CHRISTMAS BREAK! And my last post of 2025! But before all of that, let's get into some faves from my week! Linking up with Erika and Andrea. Some Christmas funnies for ya.... 😂😂😂 "Underground Spirit Week" We dress up or do something silly and the students have no idea, so it's constant confusion and laughter! So fun! Monday- PJ day. Tuesday-  Anything but a bag. Wednesday- Favorite Christmas song or movie character. Oh Christmas Tree, Rocking Around the Christmas Tree, or as one student said...the Rockefeller Christmas Tree! Thursday- Christmas tree topper meets hat. This one did not last long in my hair...hahahah! Today is another PJ day for "Kinderland"! My name is Maddie, and I am obsessed with good smelling laundry.... These both smell AMAZING. The Wicked one smells exactly like the perfume I have been wearing- Jo Malone English Pear and Sweet Pea. Makes me sad that it's limited edition... I was looking for some go...
