Kitchen Chat: Wineglasses Edition

Happy Tuesday!! I started a little blog series called Closet Chat several months ago, and the other day I was in my kitchen and decided I should do a kitchen version!!

So, welcome to my new series....KITCHEN CHAT! In these posts I'll talk all things kitchen gadgets, serving pieces, utensils, kitchen essentials and so much more!! My first topic is all about....WINEGLASSES! I have such an obsession with a pretty wineglass. I saw a Tik Tok recently about how wine tastes better (even cheap wine) if it's in a pretty, delicate glass. And on the flip side, even the most expensive wines can be ruined by a not so pretty, bulky glass. And it's SO TRUE.

So, here are my favorite wineglasses, random glasses I've bought on trips, fun and festive glasses, and all the wine glasses in between- for the cheapest of wines and even some pricier ones!

Here's my wineglass storage situation...

This is the bottom shelf of one of my cabinets. Right above that....

Surprise, surprise! More glasses😂. (Plus, my cake stand in Blush! It's safe to say I really love Estelle!!)

Let's start with my faves...Estelle!

These are the stemware wineglasses in Blush. I got these to go with my "everyday" china.

Stemless wineglasses in Fuchsia. I got these to go with my fine china! (My colors are blush and bashful😉.)

These are the champagne flutes in Blush. Caleb and I toasted with these at our wedding!

All of my Estelle was gifted to me for birthdays and wedding gifts! I am slowly but surely continuing to build my collection. The pieces (and colors!) are all so gorgeous but definitely an investment. Any piece would make a great gift for a wedding, birthday, college graduation, etc.!

I bought these at Hobby Lobby, kind of on a whim, for me and Caleb to toast with, but then I decided on the Estelle instead. I still kept these, because I do think they are pretty and mix in well with the Estelle!

These were a wedding gift, and I love them! I'd love to add a few more to my collection someday. I think they go really great with my china and those fuchsia glasses! I'm not sure what brand they are, but I have seen them in several boutiques/wedding registry stores.

These were also a wedding gift! The iridescent color is so fun! I'm not sure the brand on these either. I think Rosé looks pretty in these glasses!

Now for all the fun/random glasses! The glass on the far left came from a ski lodge in Brian Head, Utah. I found the Eiffel Tower glass that says "I'd rather be in Paris" at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. "Here for the Booos" is a Target Dollar Spot find! The polka dot glass (behind the Target glass) came from Homegoods- it's red, green, gold, and silver and perfect for Christmas! The champagne flute with my name on it was in the box my soon to be sister in law gave me when she asked me to be in her wedding. My mother in law gave me the gold star confetti glass. The upside down goat glass came from The Fainting Goat winery in Jasper, Georgia. Lastly, I rarely use the corkcicle, but I still keep in around just in case. Aren't these fun??

As much as I love fun glasses, I also love fun bottle stoppers! Most of these are from Homegoods or Hobby Lobby- they normally have a great selection of fun stoppers for all holidays and occasions!

P.S.- this is the easiest way to open up a corked bottle of wine!

Whew! Ok, tell me what your favorite wineglasses are!! Any I should add to my collection?

Have a great day! Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Friday!! I hope you all had a great week! I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from my week. Well guess what is back tonight?? NEW Hallmark Christmas movies!! This right here. It made my week. I'm obsessed with the tuna from Beagle Bagel. It's amazing. I can never say it enough! I made egg drop soup for the lunch the other day, and it was really good! It's always been my favorite soup from Chinese buffets. I didn't feel great and wanted a soup...luckily I had all the ingredients. I used this recipe here. The weather this week was absolute perfection.  I mean, it was really, really cool. And it was fabulous. So, that means.... I broke out a sweater and my Sorel booties that I love so much! I always forget how good the Bible app is. I opened it up...

Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...
