Weekend Recap

 Happy Monday, friends! I hope you all had a great weekend- here's a little peek at ours! 

Saturday morning, Caleb went to play golf with a friend, so I watched a Hallmark movie and had a cup of hot chocolate...in a Christmas mug ðŸ™‚. I watched The Christmas Parade. It was cute, cheesy, and predictable! 

Then. I made a Marshalls run just to see what they had. And then I ended up buying a few things. Oops.

I found this wine and was super intrigued. It actually does taste like chocolate. It's interesting, but I liked it. I drank a glass while I ate dinner, and it was surprisingly good! 

After dinner, Caleb turned on the Ole Miss game, and I pulled out my Kindle. 

A little while later we got in bed. And I kept reading. I finally finished this book that I've been reading for quite a while. Hopefully I will have a book review up soon. 

Sunday morning, we got ready and headed to Tupelo for a bridal shower! 

When we got home, I for some reason got an itch to rearrange some things in the kitchen......

Not sure what brought this on, but I hope we like the new flow of things ðŸ˜‚.

Friday Favorites {4.2.26}

 Happy THURSDAY. My days are getting so mixed up with a Friday holiday haha! Posting Friday Faves a day early since tomorrow is Good Friday. Whoop whoop! We're getting a 7Brew!! I'm gonna let the new wear off before I go, but dang I am so excited for this! Have y'all tried it?? My sister gave me this MacKenzie Child's cookie jar for my bday and I love!! I made some white chocolate, peanut, and M&M clusters and they looked so cute in it! I will try just about anything once haha, but I finally jumped on the Tik Tok bandwagon and grabbed this facial brush for lymphatic drainage. My mind could very easily be playing tricks on me, but I'm gonna say I see a difference! Got mind from Amazon! And I cannot close out this post without mentioning Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month! Friday Favorites {12.19.25}

 And just like that.....it's CHRISTMAS BREAK! And my last post of 2025! But before all of that, let's get into some faves from my week! Linking up with Erika and Andrea. Some Christmas funnies for ya.... 😂😂😂 "Underground Spirit Week" We dress up or do something silly and the students have no idea, so it's constant confusion and laughter! So fun! Monday- PJ day. Tuesday-  Anything but a bag. Wednesday- Favorite Christmas song or movie character. Oh Christmas Tree, Rocking Around the Christmas Tree, or as one student said...the Rockefeller Christmas Tree! Thursday- Christmas tree topper meets hat. This one did not last long in my hair...hahahah! Today is another PJ day for "Kinderland"! My name is Maddie, and I am obsessed with good smelling laundry.... These both smell AMAZING. The Wicked one smells exactly like the perfume I have been wearing- Jo Malone English Pear and Sweet Pea. Makes me sad that it's limited edition... I was looking for some go...
