Friday Favorites {11.3.23}

Happy first Friday of November!! How has your week been? Mine was great since I'm all decorated for Christmas now 😉!! On this very merry Friday, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share with you some of my favorite things from the week!!

This view has been soooo nice.

See what I mean?

And again 🙂. I sat on the couch to do my school work yesterday, just so I could have this view (and watch Christmas movies!)

If you need a good cookbook recommendation, I have been loving Just Eat by Jessie James Decker.

I made her Sea Salt Double Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookies earlier this week. They are FABULOUS! I have eaten sooo many this week.

Another food fave....

I think I've shared these tortilla chips before, but I'm sharing them again because they are that good! I like a super thin tortilla chip, and these deliver!

And for a drink favorite...

Look what was out at Kroger the other day! Clearly, this excites me 😂. My morning coffee is so much more festive now!

My favorite breakfast as of late...

Hard boiled eggs with salt and pepper, drizzled with a little hot sauce!

I also made these Maple Sausage balls yesterday. So easy and so good!! And of course had a cup of coffee in a super festive cup.

It's been sooo cold this week, and I have LOVED every second of it!

I snapped this picture on the way out the door to grocery shop on Monday. I am loving pulling out all of my sweaters and winter shoes!

I hope you all have a great weekend! See you back here on Monday!

  1. I am loving that you are pulling out everything Christmas! I can't put my tree up yet because we get a real one but if I could.....I would. All of the effort in decorating for Christmas, I want to be able to enjoy it for as long as possible. Plus...who doesn't love twinkle lights. Happy Friday!

Let's Look: January 2026

 Happy Wednesday!! Let's Look is one of my very favorite blog link ups and after not doing it last year, I am ready for it in 2026! I am linking up with Shay and Erika for this monthly series! Today, we are LOOKING at..... THINGS WE OUTSOURCE WITHOUT REGRET. Ok, there are so many things you can outsource that I just would rather do myself. I love to grocery shop. I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Food Delivery This is another one we do not do often, but a Wednesday free delivery from Wingstop has sucked me in a few times 😂. And of course, pizza delivery is always nice! Plus, we can get food delivered to the school I work out, so that's nice e...

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST. On my drive home from work yesterday.... This was a fun little surprise. I don't remember this from last year! I hope you all have a great weekend and a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday! However, whatever, whenever, whereve...
