Friday Favorites {2.16.24}

 

Yay for Friday!! How was your week? I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today for Friday Favorites!! 

My first fave? Y'all are probably going to sick of me talking about this, but I just can't help it....

My dip nails!! I'm so excited that I'm able to use this, since I can't do gel. I want to do a more in depth blog post about my whole first dip experience soon. I usually do my own nails, but I really want something that lasts longer than regular polish. 

Our Valentine's Day tradition was a definite fave from the week. Papa John's on the fine china...yes please! 

I found this cute little bottle of wine at World Market a few months ago- the brand is Mano's. All of their bottles are hand etched and hand painted! 

Yesterday's OOTD! I usually wear this cropped sweatshirt with leggings or joggers, but I decided to wear it with jeans yesterday.

I have been in need of new eye shadow, so when I found this small palette of all shimmer shades from Kittenish, I immediately ordered it!

The shades are SO pigmented! I've had a palette from this brand before and really loved it then too. I'm using an eyeshadow brush I already had instead of that tiny one.

    I got married in the 80's and have a full set of Noritake dishes that we never used, didn't have children, so just us. I love seeing how you are using yours. And it is such a classic beautiful design too..I enjoy your blog, your house gives me decorating ideas. Thank you!

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
