My New Skincare Routine

Happy Wednesday!! I hope you're all having a great week!

If you've followed me for a while, you may know I switch up my skincare routine quite often- I love trying new products!! Well, my mom recently started selling Beauty Counter, so I decided to try it out!

I got the Countermatch Regimen. Here's what that routine looks like.....

I start by removing my makeup with a makeup remover towel, and then I use this foaming face wash. If I feel like I need to, I will double cleanse.

Next up is toner. I've never used toner before, but I am really liking it so far. I feel like it makes the rest of the products really soak into my skin.

After toner is this serum. I am LOVING this! My face feels so smooth after this.

AM and PM moisturizers. The AM is a little thinner/lighter and the PM is thicker. My skin really really loves these!

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... This right here. It made my week. I'm obsessed with the tuna from Beagle Bagel. It's amazing. I can never say it enough! I made egg drop soup for the lunch the other day, and it was really good! It's always been my favorite soup from Chinese buffets. I didn't feel great and wanted a soup...luckily I had all the ingredients. I used this recipe here. The weather this week was absolute perfection. I mean, it was really, really cool. And it was fabulous. So, that means.... I broke out a sweater and my Sorel booties that I love so much! Let's Look: September 2024

Hey, friends! I hope you are having a great week so far! Today is the September edition of Let's Look. But before I get into that, I want to talk a bit about today, September 11. Today is the 23rd anniversary of the attacks on 9/11. I was only one year old when this happened, so I obviously do not remember where I was or what I was doing or anything from this day. All I know is because of the people who continue to honor to victims and the heroes of this day. I have had the honor of visiting the memorial and museum in NYC twice now, and both times I have been were such an incredible experience. Visiting there is heavy. It is sad. It's informative. It's also beautiful to see how our country came together in such an awful time. I love this picture that I took on my last visit. The leaves in the picture are from a tree that survived everything from that day 23 years ago.
