I made these enchiladas Wednesday night, and they were FABULOUS! I forget how much I really like salsa verde! I got a jar from Aldi, and I think I'll grab another jar next time I'm there to have with chips. Do yourself a favor and add these enchiladas to your meal plan for next week!
Another Aldi fave...
I think I've shared these before, but I'm sharing them again! They are so so good! I've been eating them with strawberry cream cheese. The Aldi brand is actually really good.
A wine fave....
Organic, no sugar added, and fairly low in calories! It's really good! I'm going to try to find some of the other wines from this brand. I've only ever found it at Target (in states that sell liquor in grocery stores!).
Well, I guess I ate a drank a lot this week, because my last fave is another drink 😂.
I have this tea several nights a week. Here are all the teas I add...
Milk Thistle tea promotes liver health.
Dandelion Root tea is helps to lower cholesterol and reduce inflammation.
Turmeric and Ginger is good for digestion and joint support, as says on the box. It also boosts the immune system! I also drink all three of these separately from time to time.
