Friday Favorites {4.12.24}

 It's finally Friday! How was your week? I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week.

First up, these new pjs are AMAZING! I am so obsessed with them. How fun for summer?? Y'all know I love my Lake pjs, and I truly believe that comfy pjs make me sleep better. Well, I think these may be a touch softer than Lake, and they are fairly inexpensive! There are so many cute options, and I've got these in my cart right now! I got a medium.

Well, it's been super rainy and cloudy all week. So much so that we weren't even able to see the eclipse on Monday. Oh well....luckily this is my favorite kind of weather! I love to sit and listen to the rain, so I did just that for a little bit on Wednesday.

It's Master's Weekend! I'm trying real hard to get into and understand golf....it's not going great, but I do love learning all about The Master's, it's history, rules, etc. It's all so interesting! I would love to go one day!

I got this fold up treadmill, and I really love it! It's super easy to pull out and fold up and put away. It tracks time, miles, and calories burned. It's also helping me to get in more steps each day!

    Those pj's are so cute!
    We have had lots of cloud and rain here too, today I like the rain but during the week I wasn't much of the fan when I needed to go out.
    I know nothing about golf either apart from the fact that my dad loves it.

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Let's Look: January 2026

 Happy Wednesday!! Let's Look is one of my very favorite blog link ups and after not doing it last year, I am ready for it in 2026! I am linking up with Shay and Erika for this monthly series! Today, we are LOOKING at..... THINGS WE OUTSOURCE WITHOUT REGRET. Ok, there are so many things you can outsource that I just would rather do myself. I love to grocery shop. I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Food Delivery This is another one we do not do often, but a Wednesday free delivery from Wingstop has sucked me in a few times 😂. And of course, pizza delivery is always nice! Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
