Happy Tuesday, friends!! Here's a little bit of what I've been eating lately.
If you remember, I did FasterWay to Fat Loss at the beginning of the year. I did the program for a few months, but I ultimately decided it just wasn't for me. So now, I'm trying to focus on more whole foods and less processed foods (all in moderation!!). I'm also trying to drink less wine post vacay!
I've been eating a ton of fruit lately! I usually don't ever buy pre-cut fruit, but this cantaloupe from Aldi is some of the best I've ever had! I also love strawberries, cherries, honeydew melon, peaches, mango, grapes....
This was my dinner Sunday night! I made a quick and easy pasta salad (banana peppers, salami, feta cheese, and Italian dressing). I also made a cucumber tomato salad with feta, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Fruit on the side!
I'm usually not big on salad at home, but this kit sounded really good! I'll probably eat it with ranch instead of the Italian dressing.
This is my favorite yogurt from Aldi! I like this flavor or the black cherry.
Anyone else on egg flight Tik Tok?? Who would have thought that would be a thing 😂. I had a BLT (mayo, lettuce, bacon bits, tomato), one with mayo and banana peppers (I also ended up adding sriracha), and one with a jalapeño and blackberry jam (a little out there but actually so good!).
And again, everything in moderation! Apparently these are big in Canada, but I knew I saw them at Aldi last year. I was so excited when I found them on Sunday. They are so good! Also, Trader Joe's had a similar situation with their Patio Potato chips last year.
