Watched Lately

 Here's a little look at what we have watched lately!!

I finished the SATC series, so I watched movie 1. Movie 2 is not available on any streaming platforms for some reason (except to rent).

We were looking for something to watch on a Saturday night, and this is where we landed 😂.

Then, we watched one of Caleb's favorites. Don't tell him, but I kinda like it now- ha!

Sunday night it was a Father of the Bride marathon! Minus the third one- I could barely even get through it when it came out. Nothing comes close to the first one....

or the second!

And we have of course been watching the Olympics! I'm trying to convince Caleb that we need to go to the 2028 Olympics in L.A.- shouldn't we??!!

Oh! I almost forgot about this one. I came across this and thought it would be good. I love Leslie Mann, and we usually always love an Adam Sandler movie. Well. The people were NOT funny. Neither one of us enjoyed this at all, but for some reason we watched the whole thing. It was just really boring and kinda depressing.

I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
