Hello Monday {9.30.24}

 Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! I'm linking up with Holly and Sarah today to share about my weekend.

We started the weekend off by going to dinner at one of our favorite places.

I got chicken piccata and it was SO good!

We also go the brownie sundae for dessert...also SO good!

Saturday morning, I slept until 8 and didn't get out of bed until about 10. I grabbed coffee and got started on some school work. And then I stayed in pjs until like 12:45. Soooo, it was a pretty great morning- ha!

Caleb picked up Chick-fil-a for lunch and we watched a little football. And then I got back in the bed and watched a show basically all evening. It was a super relaxing Saturday!

Sunday morning we headed to visit Caleb's grandparents. Today is his grandmother's birthday, so we celebrated with Papa Johns yesterday. YUM.

We made a grocery run, and I picked up these gummi bears. Ya know, for our trick-or-treaters 😉.

I mean, look how tiny and cute this little thing is! These are the BEST gummi bears, by the way.

    That brownie sundae looks so good! I don't really like gummy bears but think those look absolutely adorable.

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Let's Look: January 2026

 Happy Wednesday!! Let's Look is one of my very favorite blog link ups and after not doing it last year, I am ready for it in 2026! I am linking up with Shay and Erika for this monthly series! Today, we are LOOKING at..... THINGS WE OUTSOURCE WITHOUT REGRET. Ok, there are so many things you can outsource that I just would rather do myself. I love to grocery shop. I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Food Delivery This is another one we do not do often, but a Wednesday free delivery from Wingstop has sucked me in a few times 😂. And of course, pizza delivery is always nice! Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
