Le Creuset Love

 Happy Tuesday, friends!

The past few years, I have become obsessed with Le Creuset! I haven't bought anything until this year, but I have always admired all of their pieces. Here's what I have gotten so far and what I think about each piece.

I knew I wanted a dutch oven, and I knew it just had to be pink! I got the 5.5 quart signature round dutch oven, and it's the perfect size! I have loved making different things in it so far, and once the weather finally gets cold here, I'll be using it even more! It is super easy to clean, too.

When I bought the dutch oven, I got this two piece set for free. I probably wouldn't have ever bought it, but I do like having at least the larger one. I haven't made anything in the small one yet. I also wasn't able to choose the color, so I would have probably gone with a more neutral color.

I recently discovered there is an outlet, and now I want to go back so bad! Here's what I got there....

I've always wanted a mug, but the ones I have found at Homegoods have such a small handle. I like this one a lot!

We have been needing salt and pepper grinders for a while now, but I've either not liked the ones I've seen or they were crazy expensive. When I saw these, I knew I had to get them! I couldn't decide on a color, though. Caleb suggested white for salt, black for pepper. The guy who checked us out said he couldn't understand why more people don't do this!

Right now, I don't have my eye on anything in particular (except maybe the pumpkin shaped dutch oven 😍), but I do know that I would love to add to my collection!

Let's Look: September 2024

Hey, friends! I hope you are having a great week so far! Today is the September edition of Let's Look. But before I get into that, I want to talk a bit about today, September 11. Today is the 23rd anniversary of the attacks on 9/11. I was only one year old when this happened, so I obviously do not remember where I was or what I was doing or anything from this day. All I know is because of the people who continue to honor to victims and the heroes of this day. I have had the honor of visiting the memorial and museum in NYC twice now, and both times I have been were such an incredible experience. Visiting there is heavy. It is sad. It's informative. It's also beautiful to see how our country came together in such an awful time. I love this picture that I took on my last visit. The leaves in the picture are from a tree that survived everything from that day 23 years ago. It was transported to a greenhouse for a while, but it was eventually moved back, and I loved that I could...
