The Eras Tour 2024

Welcome to The Eras Tour (recap!)!!! Sunday night, Libbey and I went to Taylor Swift's third show in New Orleans, and it was AMAZING! We had such a fun time, and we are both super sad that's it over....BUT we now have these memories to last us a lifetime!

If you remember, I bought the tickets in October of 2023....377 days went by so fast and slow at the same time, and I can't believe it's over.

The friendship bracelets on the Superdome were too cute!

Our first look at the stage once we were inside! I was super impressed with how smoothly entering went. The gates opened at 4:30, and we walked up around 4:40/4:45 and walked right in.

We were WAY at the top...this escalator was SO steep!

The view from our seats! We were in the highest section, but our view was amazing! We could see everything...we got to see Taylor coming in in the cleaning cart, we could see her before she came up out of the stage and when she would go back under and run off, we also saw them taking away the TTPD bed behind the stage. We kept saying how great of a view we had, even though it was so high, it was so, so good!

I did my nails all the colors of the different eras.

Merch line! We both got the gray half zip sweatshirt, and I got a tshirt too. We were so shocked, because they had everything in stock even after waiting an hour in the line.

Gracie Abrams started right as we were walking back to our seats. She was awesome!

Eeeeeek!! It was almost time!

I'm so glad I got to experience this with my sister ๐Ÿ’—

There was a group of three ladies sitting next to us that were so sweet! One of them took pictures for us.

The countdown was ON! This part was so dang exciting!

I was afraid we wouldn't be able to see the performance of "The Man" but we had a great view!

The way the crowd erupted after "Champagne Problems" was insane! The screams were so loud and they just went on and on and on. It was such a fun moment!

I took quite a few pictures and videos, but I also put my phone down as much as possible so that I could just soak it all in. It was the most fun night!! I now understand the people who have been to multiple Eras shows, because it was just so phenomenal.....I could absolutely go back to another show (or two!).

And just like that, it was over. 3.5 hours went by super fast! We had SO much fun!! I really think we should do it again soon ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Happy Friday, friends!! Today I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea to bring you some favorites from my week!  If you missed yesterday's post, it was my ONE YEAR BLOGIVERSARY! I appreciate your support more than you know!  I have loved the truffles from Aldi, so when I saw these chocolates I knew I had to try them. They are AMAZING. I've been eating a bit of some each night after dinner! If you see them, grab them!  I think I feel more like an adult when I have fresh flowers in the kitchen ๐Ÿ˜‚. These red carnations are so cheerful!  A couple months ago, Caleb decided we needed an espresso machine...so on Black Friday he found one on a pretty good deal and went for it. We're considering it our Christmas to each other ๐Ÿ˜‰. Friends, I mean it when I say if I never go back to Starbucks again, I would

Let's Look: March 2024

I'm back!! Happy Wednesday!! It's the second Wednesday of the month, so that means it's time for LET'S LOOK with Shay and Erika!! In January, we "looked" at How We Clean Our Closets. In February, we "looked" at Little Things We Do Every Single Day. Today, we are "looking" at..... OUR GROCERY CARTS!!  Since I was in Nashville over the weekend, I had to run in Trader Joe's! So, I went ahead and did my grocery shopping for the week while I was there. Plus some other goodies too!  When I went to the TJ's in Huntsville, I said it was my favorite. BUT, I have found a new favorite. There are two locations in Nashville, and I've now been to both. The one on White Bridge Pike is FABULOUS! They had every single thing on my list, and then some. I've been to the other location over by Green Hills Mall, but I didn't look around much, so I can't really attest to how that one is.  I snapped this picture of my grocery cart! This i
