 Happy Wednesday! I am joining a new (to me) link up today where we are talking about different things we are "currently"......

LOVING. LOOKING FORWARD TO. SMELLING. PREPARING FOR. and THANKFUL FOR.

Currently LOVING:

Looking at all my Christmas decor. I am loving all the festive things right now! I am an early decorator. Here's my philosophy....

Currently LOOKING FORWARD TO: 

Well, Christmas. Ha! I'm also very much looking forward to Thanksgiving! I love all the yummy foods and family time!

Currently SMELLING:


All the Christmas candles! My favorites are anything balsam/winter pine/frasier fir/etc. I also love cinnamon/spices/etc.

Currently PREPARING FOR: 

Wrapping all the gifts!! I got some wrapping paper, ribbon, bags, etc. the other day at Marshall's, and I am so excited to get to wrapping! 

Currently THANKFUL FOR: 

I am so very thankful for all of my memories from past holidays! I love all of our traditions, and even though those are pretty much the same every year, our memories from each one are different and so special!

    Wrapping all the gifts - wow! You put me to shame. Although I have actually bought several things...which is a big win for me!

 Happy Wednesday!! Let's Look is one of my very favorite blog link ups and after not doing it last year, I am ready for it in 2026! I am linking up with Shay and Erika for this monthly series! Today, we are LOOKING at..... THINGS WE OUTSOURCE WITHOUT REGRET. Ok, there are so many things you can outsource that I just would rather do myself. I love to grocery shop. I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Food Delivery This is another one we do not do often, but a Wednesday free delivery from Wingstop has sucked me in a few times 😂. And of course, pizza delivery is always nice! Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
