Christmas Home Tour 2024

Happy Wednesday, Friends! Welcome to my 2024 Christmas Home Tour! Grab a cup of coffee and cozy up.

I decided to add more color to my decor this year, and I am really loving it!! If you want to see my Christmas Home Tours from previous years, you can find them here. Most of my decor is from Homegoods/Marshalls, Target, Michaels, local places, or it has been passed down to me from family.

For the living room....

I added a few things here and there and switched out a few things. The tree just seems more festive to me this year!

For the kitchen...

This is something new I added this year! I love all of these fun and different trees. The one with ornaments on it is an Anthropologie dupe....any guesses on where it's from?? BUC-EES. I'm still shocked by that 😂. I love this little space so much.

My stairs got a little refresh with the addition of a pink bow and those cute felt nutcrackers!

My goal was to make the place feel like a Hallmark movie. I feel like I did a pretty good job!

And lastly for our bedroom...

Just a few subtle touches here, but it's so cozy feeling to me!

Let's Look: March 2024

I'm back!! Happy Wednesday!! It's the second Wednesday of the month, so that means it's time for LET'S LOOK with Shay and Erika!! In January, we "looked" at How We Clean Our Closets. In February, we "looked" at Little Things We Do Every Single Day. Today, we are "looking" at..... OUR GROCERY CARTS!! Since I was in Nashville over the weekend, I had to run in Trader Joe's! So, I went ahead and did my grocery shopping for the week while I was there. Plus some other goodies too! When I went to the TJ's in Huntsville, I said it was my favorite. BUT, I have found a new favorite. There are two locations in Nashville, and I've now been to both. The one on White Bridge Pike is FABULOUS! They had every single thing on my list, and then some. Friday Favorites {10.18.24}

Happy Friday!! I hope you all had a great week! I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from my week. Well guess what is back tonight?? NEW Hallmark Christmas movies!! Ummm YAY!! I'm most excited about Confessions of a Christmas Letter (Angela from The Office is starring in that one!) and Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story! For some foodie faves... This right here. It made my week. I'm obsessed with the tuna from Beagle Bagel. It's amazing. I can never say it enough! I made egg drop soup for the lunch the other day, and it was really good! It's always been my favorite soup from Chinese buffets. I didn't feel great and wanted a soup...luckily I had all the ingredients. I used this recipe here. The weather this week was absolute perfection. I mean, it was really, really cool. And it was fabulous. So, that means.... I broke out a sweater and my Sorel booties that I love so much! Let's Look: September 2024

Hey, friends! I hope you are having a great week so far! Today is the September edition of Let's Look. But before I get into that, I want to talk a bit about today, September 11. Today is the 23rd anniversary of the attacks on 9/11. I was only one year old when this happened, so I obviously do not remember where I was or what I was doing or anything from this day. All I know is because of the people who continue to honor to victims and the heroes of this day. I have had the honor of visiting the memorial and museum in NYC twice now, and both times I have been were such an incredible experience. Visiting there is heavy. It is sad. It's informative. It's also beautiful to see how our country came together in such an awful time. I love this picture that I took on my last visit. The leaves in the picture are from a tree that survived everything from that day 23 years ago. It was transported to a greenhouse for a while, but it was eventually moved back, and I loved that I could...
