Life Lately.

 Happy Tuesday, friends! Today I thought I would share a bit of Life Lately/Thanksgiving week!

This was my mood going into Thanksgiving week. I WAY overpacked, but when you're gone from home for that long it's necessary to take your entire closet. Right??

Caleb and I went to one of my childhood besties wedding. They asked that everyone wear all black, and I loved that! It really made the bridge and groom stand out!









We ventured over to Seaside, Florida to watch a friend perform in the Nutcracker. At this particular performance, they only do Act II. We had so much fun!

Ok, everywhere at the beach closes at 8 pm during the off season apparently. We wanted to get away from 30a to eat, but once we got back towards Destin everything was closed 😂. We got seated at The Shack at 7:50....they were so sweet to let us stay! The food was so good!

We did some shopping at Grand Boulevard. Can you believe I didn't buy anything?? Ha! I did love seeing all of the lights, though. And, we had dinner at P.F. Chang's- my favorite!!

The many times we ate Thanksgiving food, I got zero pictures. I guess I was enjoying the moment too much 😂.

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
