HAIR.

 Happy Wednesday!! Today I thought I would share what's going on with my hair lately!

First up, my shampoo and conditioner. I randomly picked these two up last time I was at Trader Joe's. I have been using them for about two weeks now, which I would say has been somewhere around 7 hair washes for me. So far, I am loving them! I feel like my hair is looking and feeling great.

And now for the hair tools I use pretty regularly.

I have been wanting this hair tool for a while now, so I bought it for myself after Christmas! I am mostly either using it like this with no attachment.....

Or like this. I don't honestly know why you should use this attachment, but I have heard you should. So, when I dry my hair (which I try to every time I wash my hair), I am using one of these two ways. Unless I am feeling a bit extra in which case I will....

End with one of the brush attachments. I use the round one more, though. And along with the round brush....

The air wrap attachments. But, I have not quite figured these out yet. I don't know if it's me or my hair, but it just isn't working out well. I have watched numerous tutorials, tried different methods, my hair has been damp and it has been bone dry.....I'm just not sure what the deal is 😂

So, when I want some curls, I am going to use.....

The T3 for beachy waves or the GHD for bouncy curls.

As for styling products.....I do not use any (other than hairspray). That might be my biggest problem- ha! I've tried them, though, and I can't seem to find any that I feel actually work. So, if you have any recommendations- let me know!

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
