Friday Favorites {3.14.25}

 Happy Friday, friends! I am linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from my week.

Well, first and foremost....I had no school work this week since it was spring break, and that was SO nice. I had very slow mornings and did literally nothing. Ha!

I did take one day to go see my sister and grandmother for the day!

And of course, a tea!

I came across this earlier this week and loved it so much. So very true and a great reminder.

While I was in Madison, I went to Homegoods and had to get this huge candle! I have no idea the brand or scent, but I'm obsessed!

Yesterday morning I woke up around 6 and couldn't go back to sleep. Soooo, I grabbed my coffee, got back in bed, and turned on Wicked. I'm just so obsessed!!

And my Wicked obsession has led to...

Lots of listening to Ariana Grande! I've pretty much always liked her music, mostly whatever of hers was on the radio when I was in high school. But, this is one I am really loving right now!

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
