Hello Monday {3.31.25}

 Happy Monday, friends! I hope you all had a great weekend. I am linking up with Holly and Sarah today to share all about mine.

Friday morning views! Packed up and ready to head out to see our families.

My Gresham stack of the day. My favorite jewels!

We celebrated Caleb's brother's birthday that night with crawfish- can't believe I didn't get a pic of the food!

Saturday morning coffee at my in laws.

My sister came and picked me up to get a tea, saw my mom for a bit, and then met back up with Caleb and his parents for lunch at....

Our favorite!! Beagle Bagel! YUM. Tuna melt and pasta salad as always. And of course we got a few things to go to have at home.

We ran some errands before we headed back home. I laid down for a bit...the pollen is killing me lately. Ugh. Then it was time to decide dinner plans.....

I picked Chili's simply for the skillet cookie- ha! So good!

Sunday morning we went to church and then had Mexican after!

My mom, sister, and I headed to a senior party for a family friend. Then, Caleb and I headed back to Starkville.

Didn't get a ton of pics, but it was a fun weekend! Have a happy Monday!

  3. Well, that definitely looks like a delicious weekend! My brother in law was up visiting from North Carolina and he was saying the pollen is something fierce this year. We've got at least another few years before I have to worry about it.

 Happy Friday!! I hope you all had a great week! I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from my week. Well guess what is back tonight?? NEW Hallmark Christmas movies!! Ummm YAY!! I'm most excited about Confessions of a Christmas Letter (Angela from The Office is starring in that one!) and Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story! For some foodie faves... This right here. It made my week. I'm obsessed with the tuna from Beagle Bagel. It's amazing. I can never say it enough! I made egg drop soup for the lunch the other day, and it was really good! It's always been my favorite soup from Chinese buffets. I didn't feel great and wanted a soup...luckily I had all the ingredients. I used this recipe here. The weather this week was absolute perfection.  I mean, it was really, really cool. And it was fabulous. So, that means.... I broke out a sweater and my Sorel booties that I love so much! I always forget how good the Bible app is. I opened it up...

Let's Look: September 2024

 Hey, friends! I hope you are having a great week so far! Today is the September edition of Let's Look. But before I get into that, I want to talk a bit about today, September 11. Today is the 23rd anniversary of the attacks on 9/11. I was only one year old when this happened, so I obviously do not remember where I was or what I was doing or anything from this day. All I know is because of the people who continue to honor to victims and the heroes of this day. I have had the honor of visiting the memorial and museum in NYC twice now, and both times I have been were such an incredible experience. Visiting there is heavy. It is sad. It's informative. It's also beautiful to see how our country came together in such an awful time. I love this picture that I took on my last visit. The leaves in the picture are from a tree that survived everything from that day 23 years ago. It was transported to a greenhouse for a while, but it was eventually moved back, and I loved that I could...
