Hello Monday {4.14.25}

 Happy Monday!! I am here to linkup with Holly and Sarah today for Hello Monday!

Y'all, I took ZERO pictures this weekend until I MADE myself yesterday...so, here's a look at our Sunday!

Got up and got ready for church!

We took communion yesterday...also, every time I wear this dress I'm reminded how much I love it! It's the Somerset maxi from Anthropologie. My pattern is old, but they constantly have cute colors/patterns!

Lunch at one of our very favorite spots to celebrate Caleb's mom! Today is her birthday, so we celebrated her all weekend!

I mean, SO good! I did not grab a picture of my food, but I got crawfish pasta- so good!

Post lunch quiet time....this is my MIL's little yorkie. Fun fact (may not be fun to some of you😂), I am NOT an animal lover. At all. But this girl does not care- she is always going to lay right by me 😂😂.

Caleb's parent's are building a work shop/barndominium situation, so Caleb was helping with that all afternoon. Of course, they were watching the Masters on this little setup. Gotta do what you gotta do- ha!! So happy that Rory won and got his grand slam!!

On the road....guess this was my dinner! We got home around 9, got showers, and crashed! Long weekend but lots of fun!

    Looks like a great weekend, tell me though, was their Mexican fare on Friday? If not, you need to eat it twice this week! :)

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
