Navarre, FL + Our Anniversary!

 Happy Wednesday, friends! This past weekend, I headed to the beach for a quick weekend trip!

My mom's best friend lives in Navarre, and we visited her and her daughter for a quick little trip. As quick as it was, we still made lots of fun memories!



When we got into town, we got ready super quick to head to dinner. We ate at George Bistro and Bar in Pensacola. It was SO good! My mom and I shared jalapeño dill shrimp and scallops! Everything was delish!

Key lime pie for dessert back at the house. The best ever!!

The next day we had Beagle Bagel on the beach! YUM. The water was stunning!


After our beach day, we got ice cream at Bubble Waffle. I can't remember the name of mine, but it was coconut and fudge- SO good!

And then we had Cane's on the way home Sunday- another favorite!

And one more thing- 

Today is our THIRD wedding anniversary! Here's to many, many more!

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
