Hello Monday {9.2.25}

 Hello Monday on a Tuesday. Hello long weekend. Hello SEPTEMBER!! Praise the LORD we have made it to the 'ber months! I think this is truly my favorite time of the year!

Here's a look at our long Labor Day weekend....

Friday night dinner was Chickfila. Always good!!

Saturday was a lazy day watching football! Caleb ran to the store to get the things to make our favorite rotel dip and pigs in a blanket. He also came home with....

these. He says I have ruined him. 😂

Our dinner for watching Ole Miss!

Sunday morning pumpkin iced coffee in my Glinda glass! YUM.

Lots of MBF listening happened this weekend. I was going to make a list of my faves, but I honestly love them all!

Got ready for church- probably the first time I have done my full makeup routine in months.

Post church lunch. Yummm. It had been way too long!

We grocery shopped and then went home and got comfy!

We kept trying to come up with something to do yesterday but could never come up with anything. We went to Marshalls and I got a new makeup headband and a fall candle. We grabbed lunch at Wingstop after- one of our faves.

This is the candle I got from Marshalls. It smells SO good!

And then a few things I came across over the weekend that I loved or laughed at....

I hope you all had a great and relaxing weekend! Have a great Monday!

  3. It sounds like a lovely weekend with so much delicious food.
    Your pigs in a blankets are so different than what I was thinking of, here in the UK our blankets are made of bacon.
    I feel the same about showers. hehehe

    1. It was really nice! So interesting how we have different names for certain things or the same names for completely different things!

 Happy Friday!! I hope you all had a great week! I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from my week. Well guess what is back tonight?? NEW Hallmark Christmas movies!! Ummm YAY!! I'm most excited about Confessions of a Christmas Letter (Angela from The Office is starring in that one!) and Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story! For some foodie faves... This right here. It made my week. I'm obsessed with the tuna from Beagle Bagel. It's amazing. I can never say it enough! I made egg drop soup for the lunch the other day, and it was really good! It's always been my favorite soup from Chinese buffets. I didn't feel great and wanted a soup...luckily I had all the ingredients. I used this recipe here. The weather this week was absolute perfection.  I mean, it was really, really cool. And it was fabulous. So, that means.... I broke out a sweater and my Sorel booties that I love so much! I always forget how good the Bible app is. I opened it up...

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...
