 Happy Halloween, friends!! I hope you all had a great week and have an especially festive day today! Let's get into some faves from the week.... Fall dinners are finally here! It has been chilly this week, and I am so loving it! Grilled cheese and autumn squash soup for the win!  This made me LOL. These things are at the top of my list 😂. Though I do love a cloudy, rainy day, it was so nice to look up and see the sun and blue sky Wednesday afternoon, even if it was for just a minute. We haven't gotten cookies from Chick-fil-a in sooo long, so I had to treat myself the other day! Just as delicious as always! It was book fair week at my school, so I picked up a couple for a Christmas gift!  And of course, this had to come home with me! Have a great weekend! Who will be decorating for Christmas this weekend???

 Happy Wednesday! It's the last Wednesday of the month, so that means it's time for What's Up Wednesday!! 1: WHAT WE'RE EATING THIS WEEK Chipotle pumpkin pasta (for my lunches!) Brussels sprouts (again, for my lunches! I used this recipe, but I used maple syrup instead of honey!)  Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend! I am linking up with Holly and Sarah today to share a bit about mine. But first, We have to reminisce for a minute. How in the world was this one year ago??? I may or may not be a little sad about it. Such a fun night that we looked forward to for a little over a year. I will forever be grateful that I got to experience this period, but especially with my sister! We still talk all the time about how much fun it was- memories to last a lifetime for sure!! You can read all about it here 💖. Ok, now for the weekend stuff... Our weekend started off my very favorite way.... Friday night Mexican. Yum!! We ran in Marshall's after dinner to look for something for my sister. Starbucks is in the same shopping area, so when Caleb asked if I wanted to go, I could not pass it up!  Happy Wednesday!! I haven't done day in the life in a while, so I documented my Monday for you all. My alarm went off at 5:45, but I usually hit snooze and wake up around 5:52 before the next alarm. Then, I head off to grab coffee- after brushing my teeth of course. I drink my coffee while I do skincare and makeup- I am loving this mineral sunscreen from Trader Joe's! I went to pick out my outfit, so I checked the weather app. I was met with this fabulousness!! It felt amazing all day long! I bundled up a bit for the morning! Then it was time to head out. I also want to note that I made my bed on this day, but I forgot to get a picture- please take my word!!😂 Snack time! I am obsessed with cheez-its lately. The original is the best, but I also like the white cheddar. Last pic at school....time for 8th grade study hall.  As soon as I got home, I put on my sweats. My pants from the day were so uncomfy!! Always a favorite, but this watch bittersweet since Diane Keaton's passing. I didn't get any pictures on Saturday, but my sister had an event at her store- The Blend. Later on we went over to a family friend's house to watch football and eat yummy food! Sunday was church and lunch at Sushi Village. Again, no pics except the entrance of this neighborhood in Madison. I thought it looked so cozy! I should have gotten a close up of the pumpkins in front of the guard shack! I have been wanting a table to put beside our bathtub, and I finally found one at Homegoods (along with a few things for Christmas!).  Weeeellll. Sorry that was a bit boring. I am so bad at taking pics! Have a great Monday!

New life hack.....get fancy, good smelling laundry detergent, and you will want to do more laundry!! This smells soooo good! I think I have mentioned before, I love following @annesnowlifestyle on IG, and she recommended this detergent. It smells amazing! I also got a free sample of the signature spin scent , and it smells so good too! This is how I fall break. How cute are the under eye patches?? They were from a boo basket from a student! Pumpkin flavored coffee in a cute fall mug while wearing cute new pjs from my mom! I so enjoyed my little break! Caleb went on a fishing trip last weekend where they caught red fish. He cooked it Tuesday night and made a crawfish cream sauce to go on top. I made pepper jack cheese grits- delish! And last but not least.... THIS is a huge fave! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a great weekend!
