What's Up Wednesday: October 2025

 Happy Wednesday! It's the last Wednesday of the month, so that means it's time for What's Up Wednesday!!

1: WHAT WE'RE EATING THIS WEEK

Chipotle pumpkin pasta (for my lunches!)

Brussels sprouts (again, for my lunches! I used this recipe, but I used maple syrup instead of honey!)

Redfish tacos

Grilled cheese and autumn squash soup

Frozen pizza from Aldi

2: WHAT I'M REMINISCING ABOUT

If you read my Hello Monday post, then you know....

The Eras Tour was one year ago on Monday, and I've been all in my feels about it 😂. HOW was it a year ago already???

3: WHAT I'M LOVING

Cooler weather! Yay!

4: WHAT WE'VE BEEN UP TO

Same old, same old. Work, school, repeat.

5: WHAT I'M DREADING

We HAVE to clean out our extra bedroom/office before my family comes for Thanksgiving. I lovingly call it the junk room now. It's that bad. Ugh.

6: WHAT I'M WORKING ON

Working on getting together blog posts for the rest of the week...

7: WHAT I'M EXCITED ABOUT

Thanksgiving, Christmas decor, Starbucks Christmas cups, holiday movies, holiday foods, all things holiday!! I am SO excited!

8: WHAT I'M WATCHING/READING

Goodness, not reading much lately. I need to get back to it, but I literally do not have time during the week and weekends make me so lazy I never want to do anything!

We are rewatching Friends for the billionth time, though.

9: WHAT I'M LISTENING TO

I think you all know...

I am seriously obsessed. 

Also Man's Best Friend. Obsessed with it, too!

10: WHAT I'M WEARING

Well, this week is Red Ribbon Week and we had dress up days every day! Today is PJ day, so YAY for that!! Monday was a color run to get the week started, yesterday was red day, tomorrow is Mass so we are in "Sunday best", Friday we are wearing Halloween costumes!

11: WHAT I'M DOING THIS WEEKEND

Probably cleaning out that "junk room". Maaaybe putting out Christmas decor😉

12: WHAT I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT MONTH

Thanksgiving!!! My family will be coming in to town, so that's exciting! Plus, hopefully this cool weather we have been having will stick around!

13: FAVORITE PURCHASE THIS MONTH

Hands down, my fancy laundry detergent! It smells soooo good!

    Oh wow! It seems much longer since Taylor Swift was touring!
    Good luck with getting your extra bedroom cleaned out. I think we all have a junk room. hehehe

Friday Favorites {4.2.26}

 Happy THURSDAY. My days are getting so mixed up with a Friday holiday haha! Posting Friday Faves a day early since tomorrow is Good Friday. Whoop whoop! We're getting a 7Brew!! I'm gonna let the new wear off before I go, but dang I am so excited for this! Have y'all tried it?? My sister gave me this MacKenzie Child's cookie jar for my bday and I love!! I made some white chocolate, peanut, and M&M clusters and they looked so cute in it! I will try just about anything once haha, but I finally jumped on the Tik Tok bandwagon and grabbed this facial brush for lymphatic drainage. My mind could very easily be playing tricks on me, but I'm gonna say I see a difference! Got mind from Amazon! And I cannot close out this post without mentioning Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month! Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
