Random Things I Like to Know About People

 Happy OCTOBER!! I hope you're all having a great week and a great start to a new month. I thought it was time for a super random post, so here ya go.

I am the nosiest person alive, so here are random things I like to know about people...

1. I like to know what kind of car you drive.

Why? I don't know. I have pretty much always loved cars. I just wanna know what you drive, ya know? 

2. I want to know what your house looks like.

I. Love. Houses. I love home decor, I want to know your style, colors, etc.

3. I want to know what you had for dinner last night.

Maybe I just need some ideas, but I'm mostly just nosy. 😉

4. I want to know your name and your kids names (if I don't already).

I love to hear different names! I also just absolutely LOVE when a person's name fits them perfectly. It's a simple joy in my life😂

5. I want to know what you're reading/watching/listening to.

I think this is why I love reading blogs so much. A lot of people like to share this type of stuff, and I love it! I want to know what you watch before bed, what you read in your free time, what you listen to when you drive to work or the grocery store.

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
