Hello Monday {11.17.25}

 Happy Monday!! I hope you all had a great weekend! I am linking up with Holly and Sarah today to share about my weekend.

We started the weekend my favorite way....

Yummmmm.

Then we ran in Walmart after dinner, because we needed ribbon for Christmas wrapping! And I couldn't say no to this cute bag!

I got a shower then made a cup of tea, because my throat started feeling a bit sore. This really helped! (I used a honey turmeric vitality tea and added extra honey and turmeric, plus a lemon wedge) We watched Friends before going to sleep.

Saturday, we headed to my mom's to help them finish packing and move out.

Sunday morning, Caleb and I had breakfast with his parents at one of our favorite places! I had lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes, and they were delish! (Fun little tidbit, we ate here the morning after our wedding!)

Grabbed some teas to fuel up for more moving! I got pink marshmallow, and it was so good! I always get a specialty for the protein and collagen.

Have a great Monday!

  1. The pancakes look good but where are the blueberries? That's not enough berries for a toddler, you should have given the management the business about being so stingy and greedy with the portions.

    1. They were delicious and filled with blueberries in the middle of the pancakes! I am never one to complain to the people who make my food 🙂.

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST. On my drive home from work yesterday.... This was a fun little surprise. I don't remember this from last year! I hope you all have a great weekend and a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday! However, whatever, whenever, whereve...

Let's Look: January 2026

 Happy Wednesday!! Let's Look is one of my very favorite blog link ups and after not doing it last year, I am ready for it in 2026! I am linking up with Shay and Erika for this monthly series! Today, we are LOOKING at..... THINGS WE OUTSOURCE WITHOUT REGRET. Ok, there are so many things you can outsource that I just would rather do myself. I love to grocery shop. I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Food Delivery This is another one we do not do often, but a Wednesday free delivery from Wingstop has sucked me in a few times 😂. And of course, pizza delivery is always nice! Plus, we can get food delivered to the school I work out, so that's nice e...
