What's Up Wednesday {February 2026}

 How in the world is this the last week of February?? It went by so quickly! I am linking up with Sheaffer and Shay to share all about my month.

 1: WHAT WE'RE EATING THIS WEEK

When I was growing up, we had "fend for yourself night" when my mom wasn't cooking and didn't want to go anywhere. We are doing that every night this week 😂.

Well, except for Monday night- we had our last Hello Fresh meal.

This one was really good! Pork Taqueria Bowls. Yum! 

2: WHAT I'M REMINISCING ABOUT

I started thinking the other day about how it has been three years since The Eras Tour started. I've been thinking about the show Libbey and I went to a lot the last few days.

Goodness it was so fun!! 

3: WHAT I'M LOVING

I've mentioned this a couple times lately...

OPI'm a Bubble Bunny nail polish! It's so pretty, and I love the simple and clean look.

4: WHAT WE'VE BEEN UP TO

Not a whole lot. Mainly work.

5: WHAT I'M DREADING

Nothing at the moment!

6: WHAT I'M WORKING ON

As I'm typing this, I am helping my sister pick outfits for a fun trip she has coming up!

7: WHAT I'M EXCITED ABOUT

THIS THIS THIS. 1000000% THIS!! I cannot wait! Seeing that wig again makes me so happy!

8: WHAT I'M WATCHING/READING

I saw this show on Tik Tok and decided to watch it. Ummm. It is insane. I don't even know that I recommend it?? It's very. Um. Dark. Scary. Gory. But I can't quit watching it haha.

And on a lighter note, this is what I am reading currently. Y'all, I can't get myself together enough to read a full book these days. Maybe I will finish this one and some of the others I have started.

9: WHAT I'M LISTENING TO

This album is so good!! I'm now wishing I had tickets to one of her upcoming shows!

10: WHAT I'M WEARING

If you want to know anything at all about living in the south, just know that I have worn short sleeves and sweaters all within ONE WEEK. It's crazy out here.

11: WHAT I'M DOING THIS WEEKEND

It's the beginning of the birthday celebrations for ME🎉🎉🎉 I turn 26 on Tuesday!

12: WHAT I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT MONTH

March is my favorite month! I am looking forward to so many fun things happening next month!

13: FAVORITE PURCHASE THIS MONTH

Ohhhh, hands down-

Have y'all seen this purse floating around on IG? It's a little sketchy haha. The link comes up for a few days then goes away for a month or so. It looks super real and feels like such great quality. I'm obsessed! This is my birthday gift to myself! When the link comes back up I'll share.

Today, we are LOOKING at..... THINGS WE OUTSOURCE WITHOUT REGRET. Ok, there are so many things you can outsource that I just would rather do myself. I love to grocery shop. I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
