Friday Favorites {3.13.26}

 It's Friday the 13th!! I hope you all had a great week! I'm coming to you a little late this morning, but I'm here to share some favorites from my week with you! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea.

Well, my week was MADE early when my grocery store had my favorite creamer! They've had this brand for years but never the cookie dough flavor. YAY! 

They also had these pretzels that I fell in love with on a Southwest flight. They are so good!

I watched Wicked- both movies!- on Monday, so that is for sure a favorite! This was my first time to see For Good since I saw it in theaters back in November. Just as amazing as I remembered!


For those of you on Tik Tok, have y'all seen Jen Morales? She makes some amazing looking food, and when I saw this salmon piccata I knew I had to make it. She made garlic mashed potatoes to go with hers, but I used orzo instead. We both LOVED it. I will definitely make it again! 

My travel day ootd! I was feeling super springy! I drove to Madison and headed straight for....

Chick-fil-a! I ate in my car while I waited on Lib to meet me at the nail salon! I love a car picnic.

I chose a fun pink- Pink Flamenco by OPI. Lib got Funny Bunny.


My Mimi got me this MacKenzie Childs champagne bucket, and I am obsessed! I actually gave Libbey the same one for her 21st birthday, and I was really wanting one myself! So that's a fave! Love it styled in our little "bar" area.


Getting to spend time with my family is always a favorite! It seems like every time I see Reid, he's gotten taller, smarter, funnier....don't even get me started on holding his hand to walk across the parking lot. It's not so tiny anymore...when did he get so big??😭

I was helping my mom shop for furniture for the new house, and that of course has me wanting a new house now lol. Since that won't be happening any time soon, I decided I would just do a little redecorating.






I tried to use what I already had- just moving things around or using things I had put away. I moved around approximately 1700 candles and books 😂. I only ended up buying the blue and white vase on our dresser, and I ordered a coffee table book- you can never have too many books! I also bought a painting from the lady that cuts my hair- I could have bought everything she had!!

    That cookie dough creamer does sound good! It's something we don't really get over here in England, I really feel like I am missing out.
    The Wicked movies are so good! I probably watch them both once every month or so.
    That pink skirt is so cute and I love your champagne bucket!

    My son and I just saw the Broadway production of Wicked last night (in Rhode Island not actually on Broadway) and both agreed we're ready to see the movies now. We had had these tickets for a long time and I hadn't wanted to "spoil" the show by seeing the movies first.

      My mom and I saw it on Broadway years ago, and I’m dying to see it again!! Definitely glad I saw it that way first, though! Let me know what you guys think of the movies!

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
