Hello Monday {3.16.26}

 Hello Monday!! As always, I am linking up with Holly and Sarah today to share about my weekend.

We jumped on the bandwagon and started Love Story. My whole life (and Tik Tok for you page) is now consumed by CBK and JFK Jr. 😂. I don't know how historically accurate this show could possibly be, but it's a good watch.

I slept in on Saturday and then enjoyed my coffee on the couch in my pjs.

We really didn't do a whole lot this weekend, which was a nice end to my week off. 


We went to Lowe's and then Sonic- we were going just for a drink, but we decided to get some snacks too which ended up being our dinner at 4:30 🤷‍♀️. Dirty Diet Coke and onion rings for me!

Sunday grocery store OOTD. I finally received my white button down from Quince, and I am obsessed! It's a bit sheer for my liking, so I put on a white tank underneath. I got a medium, and I think it fits great.

    Love love love that outfit on you! The leopard flats paired with the belt are so on point. We LOVE Love Story- I think lots of it is true but certainly with some dramatic elements added in for entertainment purposes for sure

    I've yet to try a dirty soft drink, but it's on my list of things I want to try! I love your outfit. I love a button down shirt! I'm glad you enjoyed the week off! I hope your reentry takes it easy on you today.

    Love that outfit! I see you channeling Carolyn! I am obsessed with Love Story and the conspiracy theories. They say the gray haired pilot is JFK, Jr. I love my Aerie white button up. I'm not sure it's super flattering on me, but I love wearing it.

      Oh my goodness I am so glad you said something about the conspiracies!! I can totally believe that they faked their deaths😬. I think a white button up looks great on everyone!!

    What is a dirty diet coke? I've never heard of that - I've heard of a dirty martini but I don't really drink so I'm not sure what makes it "dirty", I love that button down, I might have to order it!

Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST.
