Trader Joe's Haul

Happy FEBRUARY!! I don't know about y'all, but I'm so glad for January to be over.

Time for a Trader Joe's haul!! We don't have a Trader Joe's in Mississippi, so when we're near one, we have to go grab some goodies! This past weekend we were in Birmingham, so we went to their location at The Summit. It's always crazy busy in there, so it's a little overwhelming, but I ended up with some really great things!

These roses caught my eye as soon as I walked in the door.

So pretty and PINK! They go great with my Valentine's decor.😍

These looked delicious! They're really good as a quick dessert after dinner or with a cup of coffee in the morning. They aren't too sweet, either!

I grabbed these to try in cheesy ranch tacos.

I thought these were cute...😉

Sun dried tomatoes, tiny tomatoes, and goat cheese for goat cheese and penne.

I've been wanting to try this for forever. It definitely did not disappoint! It was so yummy!

I love a sparkling water! This flavor was really good!

Grabbed this for a quick and easy dinner!

These looked great for a quick lunch!

I'm always looking for a quick and easy breakfast that isn't a bar, so I'm excited to try these. Update: I didn't like them. I'm honestly not much of an egg person, so I don't know why I thought I'd like them.

These saddle chips are sooo good!

These are good little treat!

Couldn't leave without some cheap wine!😉

  1. I love the flower and plant section at Trader Joe’s! They always have the best flowers and their prices are very reasonable ❤️

Happy Friday!! I hope you all had a great week! I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from my week. Well guess what is back tonight?? NEW Hallmark Christmas movies!! Ummm YAY!! I'm most excited about Confessions of a Christmas Letter (Angela from The Office is starring in that one!) and Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story! For some foodie faves... This right here. It made my week. I'm obsessed with the tuna from Beagle Bagel. It's amazing. I can never say it enough! I made egg drop soup for the lunch the other day, and it was really good! It's always been my favorite soup from Chinese buffets. I didn't feel great and wanted a soup...luckily I had all the ingredients. I used this recipe here. The weather this week was absolute perfection.  I mean, it was really, really cool. And it was fabulous. So, that means.... I broke out a sweater and my Sorel booties that I love so much! I always forget how good the Bible app is. I opened it up...

Let's Look: September 2024

Hey, friends! I hope you are having a great week so far! Today is the September edition of Let's Look. But before I get into that, I want to talk a bit about today, September 11. Today is the 23rd anniversary of the attacks on 9/11. I was only one year old when this happened, so I obviously do not remember where I was or what I was doing or anything from this day. All I know is because of the people who continue to honor to victims and the heroes of this day. I have had the honor of visiting the memorial and museum in NYC twice now, and both times I have been were such an incredible experience. Visiting there is heavy. It is sad. It's informative. It's also beautiful to see how our country came together in such an awful time. I love this picture that I took on my last visit. The leaves in the picture are from a tree that survived everything from that day 23 years ago. It was transported to a greenhouse for a while, but it was eventually moved back, and I loved that I could...
