Clean Deodorant {Part Two}

 Happy Tuesday!! If you remember a while back, I shared a clean deodorant that I was trying. Today, I'm sharing about another brand!

I ran out of my Curie deodorant (that I really like!). I didn't realize I was almost out, so I had not ordered any more. I went to Kroger and just grabbed what they had. I had heard so many great things about this brand...

So I decided to give it a go! And....I hated it😩. I'm still using it while I wait for my Curie order to come in.

It burns my underarms, makes them itch, and I sweat all. day. long. UGH!

Caleb has actually used this brand too and didn't like it either.

I was really surprised that I didn't like it, because I've heard so many great things about it. I started to think that it must be because I was still "detoxing," but I've still been using the Curie detox mask, and I've been using it for long enough now that I should be fully detoxed.

Anyway, I'm going back to Curie, and I ordered this 3-pack(The OG's). The first go around, I had the Coconut Nectar. I really liked it, but I wanted to see what the other scents were like as well.

If you're looking for a clean deodorant to try, I highly recommend Curie!

Have a very happy Tuesday!!

Let's Look: September 2024

 Hey, friends! I hope you are having a great week so far! Today is the September edition of Let's Look. But before I get into that, I want to talk a bit about today, September 11. Today is the 23rd anniversary of the attacks on 9/11. I was only one year old when this happened, so I obviously do not remember where I was or what I was doing or anything from this day. All I know is because of the people who continue to honor to victims and the heroes of this day. I have had the honor of visiting the memorial and museum in NYC twice now, and both times I have been were such an incredible experience. Visiting there is heavy. It is sad. It's informative. It's also beautiful to see how our country came together in such an awful time. I love this picture that I took on my last visit. The leaves in the picture are from a tree that survived everything from that day 23 years ago. It was transported to a greenhouse for a while, but it was eventually moved back, and I loved that I could...
