Friday Favorites {6.22.23}

 

Hey, it's Friday!! YAY! As always, I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea for Friday Favorites!! 

I've got quite the random mix for today, so grab a tea or coffee and settle in! 

First up, more Peonies!! 

I mean, how gorgeous are these?? My Kroger is killing it with the Peonies right now! It makes me so happy to see them when I go in there! I thought this hot pink color was so pretty in my blue and white vase. I just love fresh flowers, and Peonies are my very favorite! 

I have been a coffee drinker for as long as I can remember, and there's truly not much that's better than drinking a hot cup of coffee all curled up on the couch, but....

I have been on an iced coffee kick for a couple weeks now😬. Our coffee maker has an iced coffee feature, so it's perfect every time! I froth my Italian Sweet Cream creamer and pour it right over the coffee, and it is just SO good! In my opinion- it's just as good, if not better, than the iced coffee I order at Starbucks. 

Now for some household items! 

It's insane how easily influenced I am by my sister😂. She has now gotten me in LOVE with Diva wash. Y'all, it smells AMAZING! I've been doing half All Free & Clear and half of the Diva wash, and our clothes, sheets, and towels smell so luxurious, it's crazy! It is pricey, but honestly this is an expense I'm willing to splurge on- we do wear our clothes every day!! 

If you haven't heard of "The Pink Stuff" yet, then let me introduce you! It gets up hard water stains, grease stains, dirt, grime- basically, you name it! You can use it on a multitude of surfaces, as well. And I mean, it's pink! Of course I love it😂. 

Last thing for today!

My Mimi gave this to me and Caleb, and we've been doing a few puzzles each night before we go to bed. We're such old people, but it's so addicting😂. We LOVE Friends, so this has been perfect for us!

I guess I'll add a favorite blog post from the week, too! I made a charcuterie board for our dinner on Monday night, and everything was delicious!! From different cheeses, meats, and dips, a little of this and a little of that from Aldi, Kroger, and Trader Joe's- you can find it all HERE. 

How was your week? I feel like it has gone by pretty fast! I'm ready for the weekend, though. Have a fabulous Friday!

    Peonies are such a pretty flower, I love the colour! I do love and iced coffee especially in the warmer months. Ahh! The Pink Stuff has been such a big thing over here in the UK for a few years, it is amazing! My girls are obsessed with Friends. They would love that word search book.

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST. Let's Look: January 2026

 Happy Wednesday!! Let's Look is one of my very favorite blog link ups and after not doing it last year, I am ready for it in 2026! I am linking up with Shay and Erika for this monthly series! Today, we are LOOKING at..... THINGS WE OUTSOURCE WITHOUT REGRET. Ok, there are so many things you can outsource that I just would rather do myself. I love to grocery shop. I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Food Delivery This is another one we do not do often, but a Wednesday free delivery from Wingstop has sucked me in a few times 😂. And of course, pizza delivery is always nice!
