Nashville PART TWO

Now for DAY TWO/PART TWO!

On this day, for whatever reason I woke up at 5:45 in the morning. Sooo...I caught up on The Summer I Turned Pretty and then got ready for the day.

My sister heard about Pancake Pantry and said we had to go!

We waited in line for about an hour, but it honestly wasn't that bad.

We had this cute boutique to browse in and pass the time. Plus, if you spend $200 in Wilder you can skip the line at Pancake Pantry. That honestly wouldn't be hard to do- it's such a cute store!

I couldn't decide on just one of their many pancake options, so I just went with an omelet and a side of buttermilk pancakes. They had a cinnamon cream syrup that was soooo good!

After we ate, we went in a few of the stores that are on the same street as Pancake Pantry. Then, we headed to Centennial Park! It's so pretty there! Plus....

I had to see the bench dedicated to Taylor Swift!

Next, we headed to Broadway and did a little shopping and people watching😂. We ended our night with dinner at Green Hills Grill, which was SOO good! I didn't get any pictures there, but I had the burrito, and it was delicious!

Let's Look: January 2026

Happy Wednesday!! Let's Look is one of my very favorite blog link ups and after not doing it last year, I am ready for it in 2026! I am linking up with Shay and Erika for this monthly series! Today, we are LOOKING at..... THINGS WE OUTSOURCE WITHOUT REGRET. Ok, there are so many things you can outsource that I just would rather do myself. I love to grocery shop. I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Food Delivery This is another one we do not do often, but a Wednesday free delivery from Wingstop has sucked me in a few times 😂. And of course, pizza delivery is always nice! Friday Favorites {4.2.26}

Happy THURSDAY. My days are getting so mixed up with a Friday holiday haha! Posting Friday Faves a day early since tomorrow is Good Friday. Whoop whoop! We're getting a 7Brew!! I'm gonna let the new wear off before I go, but dang I am so excited for this! Have y'all tried it?? My sister gave me this MacKenzie Child's cookie jar for my bday and I love!! I made some white chocolate, peanut, and M&M clusters and they looked so cute in it! I will try just about anything once haha, but I finally jumped on the Tik Tok bandwagon and grabbed this facial brush for lymphatic drainage. My mind could very easily be playing tricks on me, but I'm gonna say I see a difference! Got mind from Amazon! And I cannot close out this post without mentioning Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month! Friday Favorites {12.19.25}

And just like that.....it's CHRISTMAS BREAK! And my last post of 2025! But before all of that, let's get into some faves from my week! Linking up with Erika and Andrea. Some Christmas funnies for ya.... 😂😂😂 "Underground Spirit Week" We dress up or do something silly and the students have no idea, so it's constant confusion and laughter! So fun! Monday- PJ day. Tuesday- Anything but a bag. Wednesday- Favorite Christmas song or movie character. Oh Christmas Tree, Rocking Around the Christmas Tree, or as one student said...the Rockefeller Christmas Tree! Thursday- Christmas tree topper meets hat. This one did not last long in my hair...hahahah! Today is another PJ day for "Kinderland"! My name is Maddie, and I am obsessed with good smelling laundry.... These both smell AMAZING. The Wicked one smells exactly like the perfume I have been wearing- Jo Malone English Pear and Sweet Pea.
