Happy Tuesday, friends!! I haven't shared a recipe in quite a while- I threw this together last week, and it was DELISH, so here is a super easy FALL recipe!!
Ingredients:
1 pack of Cajun sausage cut into rounds (really any sausage will work, but we wanted extra spicy!)
1 lb pasta (I used a pumpkin shaped pasta!)
1 jar of alfredo sauce
About 1 cup Trader Joe's Autumnal Harvest pasta sauce
About 2 tbsp chipotles in adobo sauce (according to how spicy you want)
Directions:
1. Cook your pasta. While your pasta is cooking, brown your sausage in EVOO.
2. When your sausage is browned, add in your jar of alfredo sauce.
3. In a separate pot, simmer your TJ's sauce and chipotles together. (I did mine separately, because we didn't all want the pumpkin and chipotles.)
4. Once your pasta is cooked, add it into the pot with your sausage and alfredo. Ladle into bowls and add your pumpkin and chipotle mixture on top.
