Happy Friday, friends!! Today I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea to bring you some favorites from my week!
If you missed yesterday's post, it was my ONE YEAR BLOGIVERSARY! One year ago, I set out to do something I've wanted to do for a very long time. I have loved this year of blogging! If you come here each week to read my blog, THANK YOU!! I appreciate your support more than you know!
I have loved the truffles from Aldi, so when I saw these chocolates I knew I had to try them. They are AMAZING. I've been eating a bit of some each night after dinner! If you see them, grab them!
I think I feel more like an adult when I have fresh flowers in the kitchen 😂. These red carnations are so cheerful!
A couple months ago, Caleb decided we needed an espresso machine...so on Black Friday he found one on a pretty good deal and went for it. We're considering it our Christmas to each other 😉. Friends, I mean it when I say if I never go back to Starbucks again, I would perfectly content.
This little latte is 1 shot of espresso, 150ml of half and half, and 50ml of Natural Bliss sweet cream creamer. It tastes exactly like (dare I say better!) the vanilla latte I always order at Starbucks. We've also used that same recipe but used peppermint mocha creamer instead of sweet cream- so yummy too! If you think you might be interested in an espresso machine, just do it. It's honestly a lot easier to use than I thought it would be.
Good news- ours is still on sale here!
If you need a good soup for a cold night this weekend, you HAVE to make this one!!
This is by far one of the BEST soups I have ever had. It might sound a little odd, but I promise you it is amazing!! It's a super easy slow cooker meal- set it and forget it! I used a rotisserie chicken instead of raw chicken breasts. I also used Frank's Red Hot and then added in about a tablespoon of butter right into my slow cooker.
Tonight we have Caleb's work Christmas party, and then I think the rest of the weekend we're going to sit and do NOTHING 😂. Have a happy Friday!!
Soup looks AMAZING and your espresso machine looks really enticing haha!!! I have a Nespresso and I love it! I prefer my coffee over Starbucks--which my husband loves!
ReplyDeleteMy husband will definitely appreciate it too- ha!
