Friday Favorites {4.26.24}

 Happy Friday!! How was your week? Today, I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some of my faves from the week!

Quick heads up, next week and the week after, I will not be blogging. I'm getting to the end of the semester and the next two weeks I'll be busy busy getting final assignments done and studying for and taking tests. So, I should be back here on my blog on May 13! Ok, let's get into some favorites!

Well, this cracked me up 😂. I was in the first 10% of TTPD listeners?!?! I wonder how many people that actually is. I am very much obsessed with this album, and I think it could even take the title of my favorite album....

Our rose bushes are going crazy!! I picked a few last Saturday to put in the kitchen, and I just love seeing them! I was very happy to see the roses come back this year since we definitely killed the hydrangeas. Oops.

I'm trying to actually make dinner at least one night a week. The other nights we have a sandwich or something. Basically whatever we can find. But Tuesday night I made these chicken romano meatballs from Skinny Taste. I've made them once before, and they really weren't as good the other night as they were that first time.

Have y'all tried this Bridgerton berries and cream coffee creamer? I'm really liking it in my morning cup of coffee!

I hope you all have a great weekend! I will see y'all back here on May 13!

  1. Good luck with your assignments and tests. I hope they all go well.
    Being in the first 10% of listeners to Taylor Swifts new album is quite an achievement. We are loving it.

Friday Favorites {12.8.23}

  Happy Friday, friends!! Today I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea to bring you some favorites from my week!  If you missed yesterday's post, it was my ONE YEAR BLOGIVERSARY! One year ago, I set out to do something I've wanted to do for a very long time. I have loved this year of blogging! If you come here each week to read my blog, THANK YOU!! I appreciate your support more than you know!  I have loved the truffles from Aldi, so when I saw these chocolates I knew I had to try them. They are AMAZING. I've been eating a bit of some each night after dinner! If you see them, grab them!  I think I feel more like an adult when I have fresh flowers in the kitchen 😂. These red carnations are so cheerful!  A couple months ago, Caleb decided we needed an espresso machine...so on Black Friday he found one on a pretty good deal and went for it. We're considering it our Christmas to each other 😉. Friends, I mean it when I say if I never go back to Starbucks again, I would

Let's Look: March 2024

  I'm back!! Happy Wednesday!! It's the second Wednesday of the month, so that means it's time for LET'S LOOK with Shay and Erika!! In January, we "looked" at How We Clean Our Closets. In February, we "looked" at Little Things We Do Every Single Day. Today, we are "looking" at..... OUR GROCERY CARTS!!  Since I was in Nashville over the weekend, I had to run in Trader Joe's! So, I went ahead and did my grocery shopping for the week while I was there. Plus some other goodies too!  When I went to the TJ's in Huntsville, I said it was my favorite. BUT, I have found a new favorite. There are two locations in Nashville, and I've now been to both. The one on White Bridge Pike is FABULOUS! They had every single thing on my list, and then some. I've been to the other location over by Green Hills Mall, but I didn't look around much, so I can't really attest to how that one is.  I snapped this picture of my grocery cart! This i
