Friday Favorites {7.25.25}

 Happy Friday!! I hope you all had a great week! As always, I am linking up with Andrea and Erika to share some faves from the week.

Well. I did a horrible job with faves this week. Oops. Here are a few things that made me happy this week...

Is Pizza Tuesday a thing?? If not, it should be. We LOVE this pizza from Aldi so much that we have it nearly every week. It's with the produce at our store. The brand is Mama Cozzis. 

My favorite IG account this week has been Annie Meyers-Shyer (@thisoakhouse). I looooove her house! I started following her account near the end of their home reno, but she has nearly all of the progress saved to highlights.

Earlier this week, I shared a few habits I am trying to cultivate in my everyday life, and one of them is making the bed every morning. I have been sticking with it and love seeing it all nice and neat when I walk by my room.

      Thank you! The framed hydrangea prints are MK Decker (a Madison, MS artist!), and the floral pillow covers are Amazon. The big white pillows are years old from Homegoods. The window shades are Amazon!

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??😂 I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Friday Favorites {6.6.25}

 Happy Friday, friends!! How was your week? One of my summer classes started this week, so I have been getting back into a bit of a routine which is nice! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from the week.  How cute is our new wreath sash?? My mom got it for us, and I am obsessed! Lots of food faves this week.... Another salsa I am now obsessed with! I found this at Aldi, and y'all it is SO good! I used it in a recipe, but I am definitely going to get another jar to eat for a snack or with lunch or dinner! Now for a Tik Tok "recipe". I used quotations, because it's really just a chop/open a can and throw together situation. Corn, black beans, pinto beans, onion, tomato, cilantro. I ate it with tortilla chips for lunch this week. It was so good! Next time, I would add more tomato and use less onion (maybe even no onion at all), and I should have chopped up the cilantro a little better! I also squeezed in some lime juice and added salt a...

Friday Favorites {8.29.25}

 Happy last Friday of August! As always, I am here to link up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from my week.  To be honest, it feels out of touch to make this post. After the devastating news of yet another school shooting, my heart is so heavy. Innocent lives taken and still no changes from people in power. I honestly do not know how anyone can see news like this and not be enraged and demanding for change. I do not get political on here, because that is not what I want for this space. However, I feel the need to share my thoughts about this. America needs gun control. ALL Americans need access to healthcare, especially when it comes to mental health. America needs change. Remember these things when you vote. Think about your babies, their friends, their teachers. Stay aware, stay educated. But also please make sure you spend time doing things that bring you joy (it's good for your mental health!). That is at least what I am going to do. With that being said, here ar...
