 Happy Monday, friends! I am linking up with Holly and Sarah today to share about my weekend. This weekend was heavy. The things that are happening in the U.S., specifically Minnesota, are not okay. I never intended for this space to be anything other than happy or positive, but I don't feel good about about continuing to post without at least mentioning that I do not support these things going on. I do not support ICE, and I do not support this current administration. Just please know that this is a safe space, no matter what. 💗 With the "winter storm" we were expecting, we hunkered down this weekend. As I am typing this post, we have only gotten light rain and super cold temps. My school is closed today due to the threat of icy roads, so we'll see! Friday night, I made super easy french dip sliders- Hawaiian rolls with roast beef and provolone, served with Au Jus gravy. Saturday morning coffee before we ran to Walmart to grab some snacks and things for the weekend ...

 Whoop whoop- it's FriYAY! I hope you all had a great week! As always, I am linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some faves from my week. New protein shake fave! I guess I liked it so much that two mornings I snapped a pic while drinking one- ha! We are prepped and ready as we'll ever be for this winter storm heading our way this weekend.... Hoping it doesn't get too bad!! Those empty shelves are on the bread aisle of our regular grocery store... Really loved my outfit yesterday! I got in such a rut with my school outfits before Christmas, so I'm trying to do better this semester! Wine of the week! New fave! If you like a bold red, this one is it!  One of my very favorite parts of vacation is hands down the FOOD. Since we had such good food in Vegas, I thought it would be best to dedicate an entire post just to that! Sooo sorry if you get hungry reading this 😂. We had some great drinks as well! Bobby's Burgers We got to our hotel around 10 am, which was really our normal 12 pm. We were hungry and most places were already open and selling lunch anyway. We decided on Bobby's Burgers in Paris Hotel. I am not usually a burger person, but this was so good! We had to wait a bit on one of our food items, so they gave us a free fry for the wait. It really was not a bad wait, but I thought that was such a kind gesture.
