OUR STOCKING STUFFERS!

Caleb and I don't really have anywhere to hang stocking in our house, soooo we don't do a stocking for each other. However, Santa😉 has always done a stocking for me and my siblings. Today I am sharing with you things I like to receive in a stocking each year, as well as things that I would put in a stocking if I were to do one.

I always like to get nail polish in my stocking. Really any color, but sparkles would be fun to take you into the new year!!

This golf in a tin is cute for the golf lover in your life.

Who wouldn't love to receive a lip gloss set??

The babies in your life need Jellycat!! The snowflake is precious!

Under eye patches are always a good idea.

How cute is this coloring book with stickers?

My four year old nephew loves these little blocks!

Anyone on your list need a new hairbrush?? Caleb and I both love this one.

Are you making your list and checking it twice?? I think I'm almost done with my shopping- YAY! Have a great Wednesday!!

It's always been my favorite soup from Chinese buffets. I didn't feel great and wanted a soup...luckily I had all the ingredients. I used this recipe here. The weather this week was absolute perfection.  I mean, it was really, really cool. And it was fabulous. So, that means.... I broke out a sweater and my Sorel booties that I love so much! I always forget how good the Bible app is. I opened it up...

Let's Look: September 2024

Hey, friends! I hope you are having a great week so far! Today is the September edition of Let's Look. But before I get into that, I want to talk a bit about today, September 11. Today is the 23rd anniversary of the attacks on 9/11. I was only one year old when this happened, so I obviously do not remember where I was or what I was doing or anything from this day. All I know is because of the people who continue to honor to victims and the heroes of this day. I have had the honor of visiting the memorial and museum in NYC twice now, and both times I have been were such an incredible experience. Visiting there is heavy. It is sad. It's informative. It's also beautiful to see how our country came together in such an awful time. I love this picture that I took on my last visit. The leaves in the picture are from a tree that survived everything from that day 23 years ago. It was transported to a greenhouse for a while, but it was eventually moved back, and I loved that I could...
